Here is my list: 1) Some fun and interesting modern architecture 2) Indian food restaurant!!! 3) A local boom (economic, similar to the unannounced McGregor rocket launch) in the aerospace industry 4) kayak and sailboat rentals in Cameron Park
1) German or Polish restaurant 2) continued downtown/inner-city development 3) for the Mammoth Site to be made into a National Park 4) a summer tech camp for kids (Dallas/Austin are the closest)
Waco needs more of a college atmosphere instead of being split between wacoans and baylor kids it should feel like everyone is a part of this community.
Related to the college atmosphere, there needs to be more to do for the college students in town: live music, art, park activities. But, something that bridges the cultural gap. I think that the relationship between Waco and Baylor is seen as community and community service

I too would like to see continued development downtown. Related to this is improving the relationship between Waco and Baylor.
